Classes XI to XII

Girl : (I to IV) White T-shirt edged with house colour, white Skirt with box pleats, white canvas shoes and white socks.

Girl : (V to XII) White full sleeve shirt / white pants, white colour coat collared with house colour, white socks, white canvas shoes and white hijab.

Black open sandals can be worn during the rainy season.

2.     PROMOTION  POLICY:

The Scheme for examination has been designed on term assessment basis with gradual increase in the learning assessment as the students move forward. The assessment structure and examination comprises of two terms ie., Term I & Term II. Both the term comprises periodic test, note book sub- mission, subject enrichment programs, half yearly and yearly exams. Promotion to the next higher class will depend on the total performance of the student in all the assessment criteria.

  1. STUDENT PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

Student Performance Analysis is used to determine the progress of the child on a monthly, termly and annual basis. It is a unique tool to ensure self-discipline. It is a positive approach towards making the students responsible for their deeds. This is aimed at providing transparency in selecting students for various awards. Students will be able to analyse his/her performance on a regular basis. Every activity of the student is taken into account: academics, co-curricular, behaviour, responsibilities, neatness etc..

5.     ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWALS :

Admission will be granted to KG to Class VIII subject to availability of vacancies. Admission will be decided on the basis of tests and interviews.

FEE REGULATION

Payment of school fees, conveyance fee etc. should be made online / bank

Remittance of fees should be done on the specific dates.

Pupils on roll for even a part of the term must pay tuition fees for the whole term.

Bus fees – 4 instalments with Tuition Fee.

A student will not be allowed to appear for the final examination unless he / she pays all arrears of fees including late fee.

T.C. will be issued only after complete payment of fees.

6.     SCHOOL DISCIPLINE

Discipline is the law of nature. Without it, nothing works. Inculcating discipline amongst children is the most significant aspect of education and is not confined to school alone. Parents, too, must co-operate with the school in observing these norms:

  • Attendance is compulsory for celebration of Independence and Republic
  • Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence from school, habitual late coming, leaving the school premises without permission, disobedience and any type of unruly and objectionable behavior are considered to be grave acts of indiscipline on the part of a student which can lead to his/her expulsion from the
  • The school uniform, only in prescribed school colour, should be immaculate, clean and smart, and should be worn on all working days and functions unless special announcement is done in the school. Action will be taken against students who are habitually improperly
  • Students on their way to and from the school are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner. Being on the road in any mode of transport entails caution, care and attention to safety
  • Students who expect to reach home late after the school due to personal reasons must inform their parents/ guardians in advance.
  • Students are expected to take proper care of the school property. It is for their convenience. They should not break/ damage any item of furniture and fixtures within the school.
  • They should not write, scratch or engrave graffiti on desks, chairs and other surfaces.
  • They should not damage or remove things belonging to other students.
  • Damage done even by accident must be reported at once to the Headmistress/Class Teacher. Anyone who notices something damaged must report the matter to any of the personnel mentioned above.
  • If a student causing damage to the school property is identified, he/she will be charged with a fine.
  • In the event of collective damage to school property in a classroom, the entire class occupying that classroom will have to bear the cost of damages.
  • The school is not to be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings. It is not advisable for students to bring valuables to the school.
  • Parents are requested not to give more than Rs. 25/- to their ward. If for some reason, he/she has to bring more, written information must be sent to the class teacher.
  • While using staircases and corridors, all care must be taken to keep to the left. Loitering in the lobby and the office areas is strictly forbidden even during recess.
  • Students are strictly forbidden from purchasing eatables from unauthorized vendors / hawkers near the school premises.
  • No money collection for any purpose is allowed to be made in the school without prior permission of the Principal.
  • At the end of each terminal examination, all students are issued their report cards, which are to be signed by their parents/guardians within three days of the receipt of the card and then returned to the school
  • It is compulsory for all students to attend the assembly.
  • All students should observe high standards in their general get up, deportment and conduct.
  • Use of foul, unparliamentarily language is a punishable offence.
  • In order to acquire competency in spoken English, all students may converse in English while they are in school.
  • Using unfair means in a test or examination is a grave offence. A student who is found using unfair means will be awarded zero in the subject and will be issued a strict warning. Repetition of the same offence will result in his/her expulsion from the school.
  • Students are not permitted to carry cellular phones to the school. If a student brings a mobile phone to the school, it will be confiscated for a period of six months and a fine of Rs. 2000/- will be imposed. They are not allowed to use school phones without permission. They cannot be called to the school offices to attend to phone calls during school hours. However, in case of emergency, HM/Class Teacher will make the arrangements for the call.
  • Misbehaviour inside the school premises or in the school conveyance may also lead to disciplinary action against the concerned student. Objectionable behavior, use of abusive language, discourtesy and disrespect to the teachers, disobedience and irregular attendance will also lead to strict disciplinary action.
  • Students are not allowed to drive motorized vehicles such as cars, scooters and motorcycles within the school premises. If found that Students are driving to or from the School, a fine of Rs. 1000/- will be levied from the Student.
  • Under no circumstances will crackers, fireworks, firearms and any other inflammable material be permitted in school.

A student indulging in any act of indiscipline could be given severe punishment, as severe as suspension from the school.

  • Bunking classes or school is strictly prohibited.
  • Writing on shirt/uniform is a punishable offence.
